BIA by Rachael

The health and fitness industry has been my home for the past eight years. My inspiration for starting BIA by Rachael came from seeing how many women appeared to be stuck in a never-ending cycle of extreme diets, intense workout regimens, and boring food plans with no variety.

I know, from personal experience, what it's like to always feel like you're following a plan when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle. I was in the bikini fitness space in my late teens. This is why our programme has flexibility and variety to keep things interesting and sustainable, but importantly, it is designed around you and your goals.

BIA by Rachael gives women the self-assurance to make wise dietary decisions, in-depth information about health and wellness, and a clear perspective to follow through on a plan that they can stick to for the rest of their lives.
